1. Bookings & Payments
Confirmation: All bookings will be considered confirmed once proof of payment or a deposit of [20% to 50%] of the total service value has been received.
Rates: Our rates include: Ford Transit 2026 vehicle, professional driver, fuel, and onboard Starlink WiFi. They do not include National Park entrance fees, meals, or gratuities, unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice: Cancellations made more than [48/72] hours in advance will receive a refund of the deposit (minus administrative fees).
Late Cancellations (No Show): If the client cancels with less than [24] hours notice or does not show up at the start of the tour, the deposit will not be refunded.
Weather Conditions: Patagonian weather is unpredictable. BHH SPA reserves the right to modify itineraries or cancel services if authorities (CONAF, Carabineros, or MTT) close routes for safety reasons (snow, extreme wind, etc.). In such cases, rescheduling or a refund will be offered.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
Documentation: For international tours (El Calafate / Perito Moreno), it is the passenger’s sole responsibility to carry valid identification (passport or national ID) and all required entry permits (Visa, PDI requirements).
Punctuality: Private services include a waiting time of [15–20 minutes]. After this period, the service will be considered canceled in order to maintain daily logistics.
4. Technology & Safety
Starlink WiFi: Satellite internet service is subject to satellite coverage and local geography. BHH SPA is not responsible for brief interruptions in areas with limited signal.
Safety: The use of seat belts is mandatory at all times during the journey.
5. Vehicle Damage
Any damage caused inside the vehicle due to misuse by passengers will be the responsibility of the person who contracted the service.
